Life often afford us many roles.
This journal is a daily account about my quest for self healing and to becoming the healer I think all Healers should be: authentic, holistic, systemic, wise, intuitive…These are the qualities that spring to mind initially, perhaps more shall arise.
Perhaps this journal is my excuse to take an honest look and answer the question: “Who am I?”
I dare to reflect on the miniscule thoughts and the daily agonies of this very human process in hopes to learn something new and to share my insights.
If there is a blind spot I am not seeing, I invite you to gently share with me to ‘nudge’ me along.

You are one of the most beautiful people I have ever meet. I miss you in San Rafael dearly, though have faith you are right were you are meant to be. I feel blessed to have had the time to get to know you and your family while you were here. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you the best on your new journey and hope to work with you again one day. My heart goes out to you and yours. I will never forget the light you brought into my life. I keep you in my mind often, reciting words of wisdom and calm tranquility.
