At least, the seed has been planted.

The calling to take the path of Healer has come and I am listening to Spirit, if you will, taking the steps needed to fulfill this calling.  Some term it as ‘desire, wish, dream, aspiration, and so forth.”  I call it my journey, very personal and very intimate.

I stand at present, preparing myself for medical school – naturopathic western medicine and eastern Chinese medicine.  I have no idea what the path will be like.  Actually, I day dream about it – the grueling exams, the change that comes, the transformations and many ah-has! that are to occur… but truthfully, I have no idea.

How will becoming a full-fledged physician change me?  How will this process change my family life?  How will I evolve as my viewpoints transform as a result of the educational process?  How will I ever balance work and fun, business and family, child and husband?

Perhaps, taking a moment each day for a reality check will help me stay centered.

We create space in our life for the things that matter most to us.   I am carving this space as I type…more to come!

I am grateful for the amazing unfolding experiences I have undergone and are currently living.  With a 2 and 1/2 year old baby boy, a husband, full-time schooling, projects up the wahzoo, a home and business to run and operate, I suspect that posting will be “as permitted.”  Unfortunately (or may be by design, it is fortunate)  what I share will have to be in bits and pieces as interruptions will likely occur as soon as I sit and begin writing.  Bare with me.  It is (I am) a work in progress.

Still, I am committed to at least “taking a look” and hence, this online journal will serve as my vehicle to this living, moving meditation.

My journey shall begin with documenting where I am, and where I want to go (Who I am, who I want to be).  It will require some honest reflection and with it – hopefully some insight.

Next will probably come with a personal inventory and what I hope to accomplish.  After that, a game plan to how to achieve my goals.  Finally, more importantly, I shall share my experiences along the way.

Encouragement and gentle feedback is welcome.   Honest feedback is a gift and kindness is a virtue.  Saying “hi”  paves way for friendship .
